She graduated from Japan Women's College of Physical Education, majoring in dance. She is active primarily in stage performances, including dance performances, plays, and musicals. She has participated in works by both domestic and international choreographers and directors, such as Kaiji Moriyama, Akira Shirai, Keishi Nagatsuka, and Yumi Suzuki.
Since 2017, she has been a member of the choreography group "HIDALI" and also joined the theater company "boluboccho" in the same year. She works as a double player, handling both behind-the-scenes and on-stage roles. In 2023, she launched the performance group "Chaparihanna," further amplifying her engagement with creative pursuits.
